10th Cranial Nerve Damage?

Does anyone suffer from 10th cranial nerve damage and if so do you know if

there's ways to reverse it and if so can it be done with oral antibiotics? I

am very very sick and have been. I am down to 90 pds... I know that more than

likely any LLMD would tell me to go on IV but I have been on IV before and

never got any benefit out of it.. I just got sicker and the only thing that

got me back on my feet was oral Suprax so I really dont want to put my body

through the hell of IV again only for no benefit from it when there are so

many orals out there I have yet to try.. Thanks in advance.
