Day 2558 - 04/17/10 ( & Day 1118 for my Dad)

Tonight makes over 7 full years taking LDN, 3.0 MG, for my MS. My Dad is on 4.5 MG for stomach cancer, my brother on 4.5 for sarcoidosis, both since 2007.

Currently in Florida, near my Dad. Figured since he was in remission and stable I would come down and spend time with him. So glad the oncologists were wrong in saying "That's it, ONLY SIX MONTHS to live" and they were never wrong in their assessments in their careers. They didn't tell family unless they were reasonably sure. Well, Thanks to LDN, they were wrong. Every CT scan shows his tumors shrinking more and more. My brother is still taking LDN for sarcoidosis. I'm still riding the LDN roller coaster, the baby coaster, not a cyclone. Nice smooth waves.

I take B1 100 or 250 MG, every 3rd day a Super B Complex, currently, and every 3-4 days a Magnesium (400 MG). My weight is stable 125-132

Onward to Year 8....

Still no cigarettes..... 4/26 makes 4 years...

Since 4/26/2006: It's been: Three years, eleven months, three weeks, 6 hours, 46 minutes and 56 seconds. 43538 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11,973.08. Life saved: 21 weeks, 4 days, 4 hours, 10 minutes.
