the medecines are ok.she should start low with ldn 1.5 mg especially if she has hashimoto.

for most people armour thyroid or similar medication is beterthen levo.for depression check these things

PADMA BASIC (19 herbs for immune/blood cir.)

MYELIN SHEATH SUPPORT (vitamin/herb mix)

KALAWALLA (herb for immune mod.)

CREATINE (boosts energy before and after exercise)
