go to you tube and search dr berkson and low dose naltrexone.then you will learn about the coombine theraphy of ldn and alpha lipoic acid from a good brand and b-complex.my wife uses both ldn and ALA and improve her liver fiunctions and she could tolerate many more things she could not tolerate before.but she is is not ms.
