Although many have stated that LDN and Imuran should not be taken together, my

brother is successfully taking 100 mg/day of Imuran along with 4.5 mg LDN. He

is about to decrease the Imuran to 75 mg/day due to the excellent results he has

seen so far.

He started on the LDN for polymyositis and related Raynauds about 7 months ago.

His Raynauds is 90% improved and his CK blood tests have been great.
