Guest guest
When I started a year ago, I had many extreme effects including massively more joint pain. I tried daytime dosing for a while and went around feeling drgugged out all day. IT was awful so I returned to nighttimes and have spent many months trying to get dosing to work for me. I seem stable on 2.5 at present but still nightime rest is very disturbed and my pain increases. Every 5 or so days I need to take a night off. Does daytime dosing make you sleepy or sluggish at any point in the day, you mention more morning energy? I take it for RA. Most often between 9:30 and 10:00am. If I get too close to Noon, I skip it. My energy is fine. Since I am not a morning person, I suspect that it probably increases my morning energy. I now also sleep great at night. After trying for 6 months to take it at night I switched to daytime. I tried night time dosing again a while ago but still couldn't sleep, so for me there is no option. My sleep is too important to me. P.
