Beginning Doseage Q and Klonipon, Phenergan

I just received compounded LDN today. I was told to start at 1.5mg, what is the

very lowest you can start at to see how you are affected? And I did not see

klonipon (generic) or phenergan on the avoid list, is this correct? I have

Crohn's Disease. Is Diflucan recommended as you start or before you start? Is

smoking effected--help to quit at the 1.5 to 4.5 mg dose as you taper up?

Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for the input~
