names of Seattle doctor, compounding pharmacy, & pharmacist

I posted earlier today that I would contact my sister-in-law for info on her doctor, if she was willing to share it. She just sent me his name and contact info, as well as the name of the compounding pharmacy where she gets her LDN. She said the pharmacist is great, will answer any and all questions he can, and even returns phone calls from his home. She called him to ask if it was okay to give out his name, and he said yes, he would help anyone he could in any way he could. The pharmacy will ship to anywhere in the U.S.
