Can you take Methadone with LDN?

Hi,

I am not sure what the protocol is for methadone and LDN. I don't think I have heard it chatted about here. I looked around on-line but it says it is synthetic. Not sure if that makes it different. My friend who just started it, that has a friend with severe chronic pain due to 2 botched back surgeries. She wondered if he could take the methadone with the LDN.

Thanks for any input! You guys are the greatest. I might just be able to work someday again. And I would love that more than anything.
