Guest guest
Sometimes a few days, weeks and even 3 to 6 months. I had numb hands for 3 weeks, extra stiffness in calves of my legs 3 months, twitching of my eyelid on and off for 6 months. , LDN user 6 1/2 yrs for chronic progressive MS, 4.5mg LDN nightly, remission 6 1/2 yrs, but LDN does not do this alone, I have to do my part to compliment the LDN, Keeping candida yeast to a minimum(with anti-fungal supplements, diet), good diet(eliminate sugar, gluten, dairy as much as possible, pool/water therapy, massage therapy, i have a great alternative medicine doctor(I try to stay clear of traditional doctors, so far, so good), I use supplements for my individual needs, especially in winter like high doses of Ester C, Vit D3, MSM, Vit B Complex, Sublingual B-12, wash hands often,I avoid all immunosuppressants, etc. LDN cannot reverse permanent damage already done by the disease so I am limited in my abilities, have not regained any of my lost hearing, etc, but I have not worsened any what-so-ever since starting 4.5mg LDN, except 3 years into LDN use when I experimented with changing from night dosing to daytime LDN dosing, I quickly went downhill on daytime dosing, got myself back on my night(Dr. Bernard Bihari) LDN dosing protocol and have not strayed since and have stayed in remission.
