I tried to send this before but it bounced.

Even though some say that taking LDN at night is the only way to go, I

take it in the morning and have no problems sleeping or need any sleep

aids. I've been on it for almost two years and for the first six months

I took it at night, but never got a good nights sleep regardless of the

dose I took. I tried taking it again at night just to see if I could

sleep at night but I couldn't. Good sleep is very important to good health.

BTW, a few months ago I caught a cold from my husband, the first illness

I've had in two years. Normally I would catch something twice a year

that would activate my asthma and I'd cough for 3-4 months. This time, I

was fine after 6 weeks even though others who caught the same cold

continued coughing for 3 months or more. My husband who caught the cold

first and finally got over it (he thought), recently developed a

bloodshot eye that the ophthalmologist said was a residual aftermath of

it and that the virus had settled in his eye. He's not on LDN!

I take it to enhance my immune system so that I won't catch colds or

other viruses that then activate my asthma. After being on LDN for

almost 2 years, I've only caught one cold that lasted much less time

than usual and I only needed an inhaler for 2 1/2 weeks rather than the

3-4 months that was normal for me at least twice a year. I used to be

the first to catch anything and my husband usually wouldn't catch it.

Since my taking LDN, my husband has caught two bugs and I only caught

the last one. He is still getting over it and not on LDN.

What time of day do you usually take it?

Have you found it to help with energy/lack of fatigue?
