Guest guest
I started LDN at 1.5 three weeks ago and last week I went to the 3.0 dose. I take it before bed and am sleeping great, even later than normal. On Sunday my ears started " whooshing " and are still " whooshing " today and this morning I got really dizzy (which thankfully passed) but have been tired and lethargic all day today. Do you think I went to the 3.0 too fast? Should I go back down to 1.5 for a while? Can anyone explain this " whooshing " noise in my ears. It sounds like a seashell is up against my ear continually. The only relief I get from the whooshing is for the first 20 minutes after I get up and then the rest of the day is whooshhhhhh. Thanks for any input... You guys/this forum is the best. Guest guest
I had that whooshing noise after increasing my dose, I backed off for a few days to the lower dose and then increased more slowly. No more whooshing. I used side-effects as a guideline for dose increase and gradually got to 4.5mg without any side effects. Guest guest
What are you taking the LDN for? What other medications/supplements are you taking? I get the same ear type sound - on and off and have for years - fluid in the eustacian (sp) tubes - related to sinuses and allergies. The question regarding candida is a good one. You might want to add something to treat that. There are a number of good options.
