Guest guest Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 I just started LDN 2 weeks ago @ 1.5mg(for MS symptoms), hoping for good results soon. 1) What Specific Foods do you consume? Have you noticed any improvement in functions, if so, please share? 2) What type of exercise(s) do you perform that allows for less fatigue? And for how often and long do you exercise? 3) What is the importance/benefit of Diet and Exercise as it relates to MS?
