Well it was good news all round today. First Congratulations

to Celia for her good news. We were also at the hospital today. Although we didn’t

have scans or even an x-ray, The oncologist had a good look at Jacinta and

decided there was no need to do any more chemo, and her breathing sounds clear

all her bloods are great so after 30 weeks of being at the hospital 2 out of 3

weeks we are off until June 16.

For those of you who don’t know Jacinta like Celia was

given 2 to 6 months 20 months ago. There were 5 tumours in total one of them started

at 5cm and grew to 8cm and we had that reduced to a scar with stereotactic radiation.

The one in her brain was removed the one in her Adrenal gland vanished with LDN

alone. We are left with 2 which were 2 cm December 2008 and were both 1.6cm in

June 2009, she had to go off LDN for 6 weeks and the 2 little buggers grew to

3.2cm, after 4 rounds of chemo they were back to 2cm. That was last February we

had 6 rounds of chemo since then we also had LDN, 1200mg ALA + Vitamin B

complex Vitamin D 5mg , C 2000mg and added DMSO and Colloidal Silver. Sodium

Bicarb from a Nebulizer oh and acupuncture. We were busy these past few weeks. Unfortunately

we don’t have a scan to prove we got rid of the last 2 but I am still

happy with our Oncologists judgment as scans are not good for you and Jacinta

has had her fair share of them.

Thanks to everybody’s help and advice when I joined

these groups 20 months ago we are still here and will continue to post good

news
