Hi , I also have ulcerative colitis to and ms for the past 22yrs. I am

excited to try Ldn too. I want to see overall how I do. Been alternative for

many yrs, can't wait to see what happen's with me!

Hi , welcome to the list. 

 

I also have UC and started on LDN just a few weeks ago.  I am already seeing great improvement not only with bowel issues but with other areas I had not necessarily expected.  What I found out along the way though was I also have a candida issue and found once I started treating both issues I am feeling even better (after an initial day or two of not feeling so hot as the candida tx started doing its job).  Over all I am finding myself having regular formed stools - almost unheard of in my life for many years.  I also have increased concentration and attention, and less brain fog.  Some of that is probably more related to the candida than anything else.

 

I decided to order from India.  I figure when I can show my doctor how this has put me in remission on my UC the next round can be a written script.  Although ordering through India would probably remain the less expensive route to go.

It will be worth it if it works, but is that what most people do? I don't wan to get my LDN from out of the USA, and I would like to go through a doc so that someone can monitor my progress.

Welcome to the group!  If he is going in for surgery remember to stop using the LDN at least 2 to 3 days before the surgery.

Naltrexone is an opioid receptor antagonist. It blocks narcotic

painkillers from reaching their intended target, causing such

painkillers to lose their effectiveness until the effect of the

Naltrexone wears off. Since people appear to vary widely in their

ability to metabolize LDN, Dr. Lenz currently suggests that you skip

your nightly dose of Naltrexone a week before any medical or dental

procedure is scheduled in which opioid painkillers or an opiod-based

anesthesia is to be used.

Hi, my name is and I read your story about your son. Not only do I have UC but also MS, yes I got hit hard. I have been alternative for 20 some yrs. I have been in the hospital a few time's for UC, last time this past June. Tell him to stay on Ldn,I'm starting my first dose soon as I get my first scipt. " Please " tell him to start HBOT that is the only thing that pulled me out of a bad spill I was in. I still once a week and do HBOT every if I can,love ,love. It sure not only start's to heal the color but the entire body. I today continue to do hair for the very wealthy, go put with my friend's and never have to be worried! Best of luck
