I missed it first time around and put my thought out that I wish someone would put the link up again....:) Sugar had become my "drug of choice" all my life, taught to me by my addicted to sugar parents, and I remember, especially during 60's, 70's, when fructose was touted at being healthier/better for you/more "natural" than sugar.........if I only knew then----- Took me long time to clean up my habits--I'm not perfect yet, but I'm focused on a sugar-free journey, and this video is a help......
