Yes, I had the racing heart feeling also when I first began.

Now, 4-5 months later I no Longer have it. And, LDN does help me sleep better;

so my two-bits would be: hang in there.

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] melatonin and LDN and racing heart

I just started my second month of being on LDN,

started on 1.5 mg for 30 days and just upped dosage to 3.0 mg two days ago. I

have noticed these past 2 nights after taking the LDN my heart feels like it is

racing and I didn't experience this with the lower dosage. Is this common? Will

it subside?

I am taking this for MS. Also, I was wondering if any one has any advice about

whether or not you can take Melatonin at night with LDN? I have sleep issues,

and this is making this worse and wanted to see if Melatonin would help. I also

take a thyroid Rx for hyperthyroidism.

I really appreciate all the great posts on this site and look forward to

getting my daily email from the group.

thanks
