Analgesics approved for use with LDN include Moxxor, aspirin, Tylenol®, Advil®,

Motrin®, Aleve®, Naprosyn®, Ansaid®, Dolobid®, Orudis®, Voltaren®, Feldene®,

Mobic®, and the food supplement, DL-Phenylalanine (DLPA). DLPA, which is also

said to enhance the effectiveness of LDN, should be taken twice a day on an

empty stomach in doses of 500 mg. It should not, however, be used by people with

high blood pressure. For additional precautions, visit

Thanks for the list.

I have wondered about tramadol (trae names Ultram, Tramal, and a slew of other

names), as it does not act entirely like other opioids, although it does act on

the mu receptors. Perhaps someone can fill me in, as there is some relevance in

veterinary pain management.
