undiagnosed and frustrated-Crohns, hypothyroid,tumor or what?

I am wondering if anyone can help. I have been ill for 2 years-biopsy from

colonoscopy showed ileal ulceration and microscopic colitis suggestive of

Crohns, but I don't have typical Crohns symptoms. I have asthma,some flushing in

recent months, mild anemia, prediabetes last 2 years without family history, now

I'm told mild hypothyroidism, pelvic pressure when sitting, weight gain,mild

abdominal cramps at times. I will try LDN as the naturopath said it's worth a

try with the inflammation. I was worked up for neuroendocrine tumors but markers

and scans came back normal. I am supposed to try the lowest dose of Armor for

the hypothyroid,, will that be okay with the LDN? Also,taking Qvar for the

asthma. Thank you. Any feedback appreciated as I am so frustrated and need help.
