Those are the full dose 50 mg tabs which YOU need to turn into LDN by diluting in distilled water. The filler issue has to do with the compounded capsules provided by a compounding pharmacy.

The ldn website informs:IMPORTANT: Make sure to specify that you do NOT want LDN in a slow-release form.The on-line pharmacies sell the following:River - doesnt specify the brand, just says naltrexonealldaychemist - Depade manufactured by Intas, Indiaunited - Nodict manufactured by Sun, IndiaAre they all in slow-release form? What is better Depade, Nodict or whatever River ships? Are they all the same?
