Guest guest
How do I Properly " grow LDN dose from 3.0 to 4.5 ??? *** BACKGROUND (in a nut-shell): Diagnosed w/ MS thru old-fashion process in 1980, re-tested w/MRI in 1984 w/confirmation. Have had NO MS drug treatment meds... used only diet & mental imagery... until 1990, after moving to Seattle in 1986 from Eastern U.S. MS began to worsen after 1988 Hysterectomy, followed by on-set of depression. Then in 1990 heard about Prokarin, & started treatment with excellent results until 2000 when Prokarin compounds had to change due to unexpected " death " of hystemine ingredient. (Note: the " death " of hystemine ingredient with Prokarin has been corrected) This forced me to look for something else & heard about LDN from Mrs. Elaine DeLack (creator of Prokarin). Started 3.0 LDN, with NO side-affects, in 2004 (I think). Been on 3.0 ever since. Shortly after starting 3.0 LDN, my MS symptoms of double vision, weak, wobbly legs, and general feelings of low well-being improved dramatically! A year or so ago, right toe curling started. Up until recently, I assumed the toe curling was related to falling arches and other age related foot problems (I am 53) for which got fitted with arthotic supports to correct it. THAT's when I realized... this could actually be a MS symptom! So, at this point I decided to try upping my LDN dose. Currently take 3.0 in capsule form, compounded by Key Compounding Pharmacy located in Kent, WA. Have been trying to split one dose by emptying one 3.0 cap in bottled water, stirring and drinking half, putting other half in fridge. Along with one complete 3.0 cap. Also take ALA supplement with that. Also, still taking antidepressant, all of this I take at bedtime, for about a week now. So far, deeper than usual sleep. HARD to get awake & generally feeling odd mentally is what I'm experiencing so far, ANY INPUT IS WELCOME! Thanks & God Bless, Gay ) gayusedtomeanhappy@...
