LDN and tylenol? Okay to take in combination or not?

In post operation for my mother who takes LDN and just had eye surpgery, is it okay to take tylenol and LDN at the same time, or is that not advisable? She is taking 500 mg capsules. She stopped LDN a week before the procedure, and we both want her to go back on it to help with the healing and inflammation and to get back on it permanently as before.
