Hydrocodone is narcotic. It works on opioid receptors.So does naltrexone. They should not be used together, they will interfere with each other action. Apap is generic name for Tylenol. If your pain is not severe you probably can switch to plain Tylenol and then resume Naltrexone. They will not interact.
