Guest guest
Tylenol does not interact with Naltrexone. They work differently. Naltrexone works on opioid receptors and Tylenol blocks pain impulse in nervous system. They are fine to be taken together. Just make sure it is plain Tylenol, not combo APAP with Hydrocodone or other narcotic pain killer. Natrexone will interact with any narcotics. Also if your mom just had surgery, she could have narcotic anestetic or sedative in the hospital. Ask her doctor what she had. If they used narcotics you should wait few days till it is completely out from her system before starting Naltrexone. If they they used only local anestetic like Lidocaine , you can start Naltrexone right away.Good luck. .
