We post up to date information, our stories, coping tips, and matters of

interest to people who understand the isolation that comes from suffering from

daily pain and illnesses such as FM, CFS, ,M.E., M.S. , Lyme, Arthritis, DDD,

Lupus, autoimmune diseases ,etc.

THERE IS ONLY ONE RULE HERE ; TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE ALL SUFFERING AND TO BE
