Guest guest
I would suggest lowering your dose to start with. I started slowly on .5 mg 12/22/2009. I am up to 4.5 finally. There is also a group that helps you with starting low. It is called very low dose Naltrexone and can be found at: Very_Low_Dose_Naltrexone . To join, send a note to this address. Very_Low_Dose_Naltrexone-owner . If you want to continue at 4.5, you might want to do that for at least a month before making a change. I didn't feel anything at first. I am staying on it for a year so that I can see what results I have. It is kind of a last resort for me. I have tried many other things and not had the relief I have now and it has only been 6 weeks. Give your body time to adjust. Glowing, grace~
Guest guest
For many, that's too high a dose to start with. I am taking LDN for FM and OA and started at .5mg almost 4 months ago and just up to 2mg now. I thought about this a long time and talked to others on LDN who started out real low and worked up. I make my own solution so I can dose up and down easily. I dealt with sleep issues and constipation and it wasn't worth starting higher....my story. joyce [low dose naltrexone] ldn story Just started on ldn 4.5mg. I'am taking it for crohn's disease, i felt really bad after the first dose. Can someone tell me if these side effects will go away. I hope so, cause i really want this to help me. Can someone tell me if they had any side effects and how long it will take before they go away.
