Guest guest
I always add coconut oil to my veggie smoothies. I also add coconut oil when I cook a chicken in my crock pot. Though I did cook some scrambled eggs in coconut oil tonight; not bad. It is a too bad that the oil is stable at room temp. Otherwise I would add it to my smoothies. > > >> >> coconut milk is just as good but you will need to ingest more of it to >> add up the amount. Guest guest
I put a TBLS in my coffee in the morning. I tried putting some in my tea at night but it gave me too much energy and I couldn't sleep. I also cook with it - eggs, vegetables, etc; sometimes I put it on crackers/toast. I liked the coconut taste at first but now I am growing tired of it in everything so it may be a good thing to have the less coconutie taste in some things. I tried Tropical Traditions Gold Label recently and it is nice and coconutie, smooth and melty. Guest guest
Jen You might want to stop taking coconut oil after 3pm aside from the usual use in cooking. Coconut oil will really keep you awake because by the time you go to bed, you have not used up the energy it gave you. > > I put a TBLS in my coffee in the morning. Guest guest
I don't get the charge of energy people speak about when taking the CO. I wish I did, I could sure use the extra energy. Guest guest
I take coconut oil at anytime, and it doesn't do anything but make me feel great. I love it and I really need to gain some weight, but I still take my coconut oil. Thank God for it. > > Jen > > > > You might want to stop taking coconut oil after 3pm aside from the usual > use in cooking.
