Hi Joyce,

My stress began in 2000, with PTS from being an unwitting accomplice in my husbands death by doctor. The word is iatrogenic death. I can look back and see every single step of the way to death, with an unneeded hernia surgery when he was teetering on the brink of death. I was told he had a strangulated hernia, which was not true. Much more to this story but rest assured, it is true.

The stress was increased in 2005 with my Mother’s death by oncologist. You would not believe how uncaring they are! I had to threaten her doctor with doing blood tests out of our pocket if he didn’t do them every month (so we could see what was helping). As it was, she lived for 13 months past her thigh bone all but eaten through with cancer. Once her oncologist showed us her X-rays and said, The cancer is growing. I went up to the X-rays and looked closely. I asked, Can you show me exactly where it is growing? He admitted it did look the same from the last X-rays.

2008 was worse and I crashed in August from stress. I lost my birthday and thought I was somewhere else. I nearly died. It took until Oct. 1, 2009 for me to be re-born and have my mental facilities back.

I could write a book on stress.

As I told my family, I am back and do not mess with me! I mean it!

over the years I was on Cortef (script) and HC compounded script but didn't like either one for me. I like Standard Process Drenatrophin PMG adrenal support. When I went to get a new bottle my homeopathic pharmicist recommended to change every now and then so I bought some MBi Adrenal Complex to try for a month. For me it's hard to say if one is better over another. There are so many factors re: adrenal but ridding one of stress is major but if one has been stressed for a long time, some adrenal support can surely help. I'm sure if you checked vitacost.com you'd find a lot of adrenal support products.
