Is it because the rebound of endorphins is so great it wakes us up 3or 4 in the morning. There must be some natural supplement we can take to help. I am expermenting with Tryptophan, 5HTP, Tyrosine, GABA, Melatonin, and Inositol. Not to mention Magnesium and Calcium. Of course what combination and how much to take is not yet known.
