Why, Does LDN cause sleep disturbances? Part # 1

Can someone explain technically why LDN disrupts sleep.

Is it because the rebound of endorphins is so great it wakes us up 3or 4 in the

morning.

There must be some natural supplement we can take to help.

I am expermenting with Tryptophan, 5HTP, Tyrosine, GABA, Melatonin, and

Inositol. Not to mention Magnesium and Calcium.

Of course what combination and how much to take is not yet known.

Just kicking it around for some thoughts or experience.
