Is there any way to improve your adrenal glands? Perhaps with specific herbs?

If you take a doctor’s test and it shows your adrenal glands are low, do you know what they might prescribe? If it is synthetic prescription drugs, I would not be interested.

not every one has sleep problem.you can try lower the dose or check your adrenal.
