I've worked on my adrenals for a few years and still take adrenal support and take low dose melatonin, inositol and low dose lorazepam before i go to bed and before LDN slept long and deep thru the night, but now i wake up at 2am or thereabouts and have a tough time getting back to sleep. i still take ldn at 9AM. i'm still at 1mg. on occasion I wake up and get right back to sleep but lately it's tougher. joyce
