Guest guest
If you want it to taste coconutty, you have to buy virgin coconut oil. Most people I know who like the "coconutty" taste, use Tropical Traditions Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (available on the internet). I prefer mine without this taste, since I use it for cooking, so I buy Omega Nutrition Organic Coconut Oil. I'm not sure if either of these brands are available in the UK, but if you look for VIRGIN coconut oil, it should have the "coconutty" taste. The effects of the oil are the same--it's just a matter of taste preference. I can't advise on how much to take every day, but there are probably some suggestions if you look on the internet. I was wondering how people take theirs and how much do you take per day? I put some in the recipe I cooked for tea tonight but I it won't always be practical to do this... Any ideas?
