1. where does it say that?

2. 6 hours?

I take LDN around midnight, some days my stomach is empty, some days my stomach is full, some days I take it with my first sip of drink and then eat my full meal, some days I take it just as I'm finishing a meal, some days I haven't eaten for many hours

Try it both ways and see if you notice ANY difference

[low dose naltrexone] Taking LDN on empty stomach, how long should you wait after eating to take LDN?

Hi,I have a question for the group about eating and taking LDN. My understanding is that LDN should be taken on an empty stomach. The questions are:1) Is that when LDN should be taken.2) How long after eating would your stomach be empty? Thanks,Rob P.------------------------------------

I have MS and have been taking 4.5mgs LDN for almost five years and it doesn't

seem to mater if my stomach is empty or full.
