Guest guest Posted April 4, 2010 Report Share Posted April 4, 2010 Tegretol and Carbamazepine (generic Tegretol) do not interact with LDN. If you start having side effects after switching from brand to generic medication, let your doctor know. Generic medication has the same active ingredient as brand, but inactive ingredients making the pill may be different. If your body is reacting to particular formulation you may want to try generic made by different company or go back to using brand name. Good luck.
