Guest guest
After 6 years with CFIDS, I developed a tremor/jerking of my head (in " no-no " direction). I was diagnosed with Essential Tremor. (Can also occur in yes,yes direction)I also developed a twisting of muscles in neck---turning my head involuntarily. This is Cervical Dystonia also called Spasmodic Torticollis. Dystonia can occur in many areas of the body. I think ET is generally head or hands, with different patterns than Parkinson's. ST and ET are considered Movement Disorders. So is Parkinson's, but a different kind. They are located in the Basal Ganglia of the brain. Recent studies of Gulf War Syndrome revealed damage to the Basal Ganglia, which led researchers to be concerned with " future risk of developing movement disorders such as Parkinson's " .I found this fascinating. I may have a gene for these, due to one and only one relative with related symptoms (in later life). But I've always felt there is a connection with the damage of CFIDS. I did not tolerate most drugs given for ST and ET when first trying them. I have learned in on-line support groups that Klonopin is the drug of choice for many with ST. In experimenting with Neurontin (for CFIDS), I discovered it helps with these symptoms. Still learning, Katrina > Has anyone on the list had trouble with Parkinsons type symptoms such as tremors of the hands, arms and feet or head " bobbing " ? I had those symptoms quite badly some of the time until I started on a Parkinsons drug in 1997. I've been taking Amantadine for 3 years and its controlled most of the symptoms very well, except the head bobbing. Smetimes I still do that, although not very often. I'd be interested to hear from others about this. Thanks!> Judy R.

Except I do the " yes-yes " . Since the Amantadine works well for my symptoms and helps my severe apnea as well, I will stay with that. But I am going to talk to my doc about the glutamine. It surprises me sometimes how many PWC's have gotten these things diagnosed. Over the years, even my good doctors have tended to just nod their heads and make a note in my chart no matter what symptom I report. Only very serious conditions such as raging seizures has gotten additional attention. Luckily, my current doctor will do whatever test I ask for, if its sensible. I would be interested in any other stories of Parkinsons type symptoms. Thanks alot! Judy R.
Guest guest
Hi I enjoyed reading your comments on Parkinson's. I am curious, why do you think that Magnolia Bark (Cortex Magnolia - Hou Po) would have and effect on the tremors? I use it often in formulas that I prescribe but it is never considered for tremors in any Chinese Medical training I have read/taken. In Chinese Medicine other herbs are considered primary for tremors (Wind Clearing). For example Tian Ma, Gou Teng, JiLi are common. Stronger herbs would be in the insect or mineral category such as Bai Jiang Can, Di Long, Shi Jue Ming, Wu Gong, Quan Xie, etc. Such herbs are always formulated with specific constitution treatments in Chinese medicine for Parkinson's. I hope this is useful. Regards Rob Mc PARKINSONS Dominique I have a client diagnosed for Parkinsons - stage two. This is the first for me so I need some guidance as well. Parkinsons disease is a CNS disorder and the impairment causes a disruption of mitochondrial function. This causes cells in the substantia nigra, which are pigmented brain cells to malfunction - thus a deficiecy of Co-enzyme Q10, which is very important for the mitrochondrial to function. L-Tryptophan is needed for motor complications and depression, increases serotonin and help with dopamine synthesis. Ginkgo Biloba and green tea will also help. Treat the limbic system, major nerve, phosphatidyl choline and check the adrenal and kidney system. I think it is also important to balance the hormones. I am shopping around for Magnolia Bark for the tremors but no luck so far. Dont know of anything else that may for tremors. Well, this is what I do for her amongst a couple of other things. Maybe we can get more ideas on this. Ronnie............................................

Guest guest
Hi I am not sure of this certain brand of 'Omphalia 11'. What i can tell you is that in Chinese Medicine there is a herb called Fructificato Omphalia (Lei Wan) which has one primary use: KILLS PARASITES.(ascariasis, hookworms, trichomoniasis, pinworms, tapeworms and filariasis) Is this what is in it? Any other ingredients? Regards PARKINSONS Dominique I have a client diagnosed for Parkinsons - stage two. This is the first for me so I need some guidance as well. Guest guest
The Parkinsons I have been involved with all responded well to the decompression chamber therapy first in order to detox the body quickly. We then followup with Myelin sheath regeneration, nerve regeneration and whatever other therapies the QX advises. Nana parkinsons Hello everyone, I'm new to the group and look forward to participating. I have a client who is developing signs of Parkinson's - or so he believes. Guest guest
Hi Jim, Well I just treated a new client with parkinsons and it appears his tremors have gone away - in fact, his whole energy field has changed and he looks like a new person! So I did scalar treat all, and then I did an extra treatment in his upper chakras as I noticed a lot on his mind in his crown chakra - seemed to really help.. then I put "Parkinsons disease" in the yellow subfile box and clicked emotion and ran test items for yellow box- then I clicked on chromosomes and did the same thing -wrote down the emotions and the chrom's from this search - then I went to stim/duplicate remedy where I typed in "Invert" and then the negative emotions listed (ie his was addictive, etc..) then I went to the therapy screen and added the schuman wave and put in parkinsons disease, brain, and then control and resistance to change in emotions.. then trivector program - then I went to the DNA program and entered the chromosomes we found from the search and did all the therapies on that program.. Also, I ran the disease dictionary parkinsons disease program for accupuncture.. also did color therapy.. balanced emotions/neurotransmitters - gave him an extra zap of dopamine and a couple others that were out of balance on his chart - this seemed to work great! then I did unconscious chioce of therapy on the drop down panel of the NLP screen - his was worry/obsession release so we treated that.. then I went to biofeedback and clicked hypnosis and then clicked it off to get the screen at the bottom to enter sentences.. I also loaded up the "custom design" screen and said "I release and let go of all negativity in my life" also "I block all negativity from affecting my health or my life" and "I am healthy and getting beter and better and better with everyday and in everyway" and (you could create another some positive affirmation to add - but I have found excellent results with these..) then click start biofeedback - make sure those affirmations are flashing - or click custom design again to make them up on the screen.. also can do reverse psychic attack/release psychic pain/ connect to the universe at the end.. So that's basically what I did - it was the first time I saw this man - it was interesting experience - his energy was just so low when I came in and by the time I left it was like he came to life, he seemed so much more awake and alive it was cool.. Hope that helps - Maggie Moline maggie@... parkinsons Hello everyone, I'm new to the group and look forward to participating. Guest guest
You may be interested to know that I read in Balch and Balch Nutrition that there was a study of 10 Parkinsons sufferers. All 10 were found to also be hyperthyroid. And when the thyroid condition was treated, all 10 had major improvement to their Parkinson's. (Makes sense - when hyperthyroid, you get the shakes too.) Hope this may help someone. Maggie--I took the liberty to put your protocol for Parkinsons in a step-by-step format. I do this when great information comes over our chat site. It makes it so much easier for me to be able to understand the protocol. I hope you don't mind. X means "Click" (hope I didn't leave anything out). 1. Do scalar program (all). 2. Extra treatment in the upper chakras. 3. Put Parkinson's disease in yellow subfile box. X on emotions. 4. Run test items for yellow box. 5. X on emotions; write down. 6. X on chromosomes; write down. 7. X on Treatments; X on Stim/Duplicate, type in "invert" and then list all negative emotions. 8. X Programs/Therapy; Fill in Shumann wave information (Parkinsons/brain/control-resistance to change. 9. Do Trivector program. 10. Do DNA program. 11. Do Disease Dictionary (this can be done at the beginning of the program and let it run while doing therapy). 12. Do color therapy. 13. Balance emotions/neurotransmitters on NLP program. 14. Give extra zap on dopamine and whatever is out of balance. 15. Do unconscious choice on NLP program. 16. X Biofeedback program/X hypnosis. Click off and go to bottom of screen (sentences). 17. Load up "Custom Design Screen" and said "I release and let go of all negativity in my life." "I block all negativity from affecting my health or my life." "I am healthy and getting better and better every day and in every way." 18. X Biofeedback (make sure affirmations are flashing (or X custom design again to make them come up on screen). 19. Also can do "Reverse Psychic Attack" "Release Psychic Pain" "Connect To The Universe". Thanks Maggie for your help in this. A truly wonderful protocol. Hats off to you! Guest guest
Hey there - Another Doctor told me today to also check for heavy metals - you can do this in the homotoxicology screen - and they need to get rid of the mercury fillings as it could be the cause - he recommended a "detox max" by edta bioimmune company for heavy metals detox.. Also, Cedarbear company just recommended to me their glandular greens, auto immune nectar, and micro burst products for parkinsons.. apparently the guy running the meeting had some positive experiences with his parkinsons patients with these.. thanks! Guest guest
Please do not forget to deal with the emotions which link to this mess. Adrenals and Fear...Thyroid and Anger, so if the adrenals have over stressed look for the fear that may have started it and the anger which may have come from it. As far as the deficiency of iodine, boy is it a big problem, especially around the Great Lakes. I have found a good source for Detoxified Iodine through Phil 407-383-4036. Cost approx. $5.00 per bottle when you buy over 50.Celiastuart@... wrote: Very interesting. Guest guest
I always check for TMJ, and solvents, minerals (in case of overage such as Bismuth) and heavy metals including lead, aluminum and mercury. If these are high there is a product which is wonderful called PCA (oral chelate) through Maxam labs 1-800-800-9119 or www.maxamlabs.com it goes though the blood brain barrier. They also have a product which helps the brain heal, call the company and talk to them you will be amazed, not cheep, but wow. Cost is around $88.00 they want it sold for $125. Guest guest
Iodine does cross the blood brain barrier, if I'm not mistaken. But in my opinion, iodine is VERY important and it certainly wouldn't hurt. I heard there is a link between pesticide exposure and parkinsons. I read something a while back on high doses of co-q10 (1 gram or more daily) helped parkinsons. Hulda states she has found the bacteria Nocardia in Parkinson patients ( " The Cure for All Diseases " ) She recommends parasite cleansing, liver flushes and zapping. http://www..net/ I don't know how open minded your uncle is to alternative healing, but since according to the medical community, there is no cure for Parkinsons and it DOES get progressively worse, I hope he is willing to look in to Dr. 's methods and give the flushes, cleanings and zapping a try, along with LDN and CO-Q10. Guest guest
My father had to retire early due to Parkinson's. I research the family tree and found two others who had it. Dad took El Dopa, I think that's what its called. Of course he progressively got worse. We lost him at age 71 I did see an interesting piece of information on new updates for treating Parkinson's that has some hope for thos who have this horrible disease. You might be able to find it at KTLA.com (this is channel 5 in Calif.
