Guest guest
Hi LDN-ersI am a longtime listener, first time caller as they say in radio. My daughter is a 10 year old with Crohn's. She's doing well on Remicade but I am worried about the long term risks of continued use. Her doctor would like her to be through her adolescent growth before changing her medications (her condition has caused growth delays in the past) and as soon as that is done, I would like to consider taking her off of the Remicade and trying LDN to control the Crohn's.In anticipation of a long negotiation with her medical team, I'd like to know if any of you have children on LDN and if so, for what conditions and of course, how effective you're finding it? Also wondering if the children on LDN use it as a primary management drug or if they use it to supplement conventional treatments. Thanks,LIZ O'CONNOR strategy matters • 617-733-2286 • www.strategymatters.org From: Diannef <diannef@...> Bender <yellowgenius11@...>; cjohns1@...; low dose naltrexone Cc: cjohns1@...Sent: Wed, February 3, 2010 9:43:15 AMSubject: RE: [low dose naltrexone] ldn story Hi All Does anyone know of a doctor in South Africa familiar with LDN who could prescribe it for me? Not one person has taken my advise. Thank God I am not a salesman. I would starve to death. Today I get a call from a friend of mine who wants to try it. The funny thing is that her Dr. is my Dr. Niagara Falls must be a small town. s
