NEW- 1st Dose Yesterday - Sick Today

I had my 1st dose of LDN yesterday morning, 1mg cap. That went fine and I did

that dose at that time because of sensitivities. Today, I feel sick, like flu

sick, nausea, achy, soreness. Now I don't know if I should take it again tonight

to see if it gets better or skip a day, or lessen or increase the dose. Very

confused but I think I covered all of the questions. I will be emailing my dr

also but decided to start here where I know there's lots of experiences. 

I'll be posting this on the 4 LDN groups I'm on so I apologize for the

repitition.
