Guest guest
This may be a repeat of a msg I tried to send earlier.Dr Skip told me LDN only speeds up - improves - thyroid function in those with thyroid antibodies. Otherwise, does not speed up -improve. My impression is that only those with Hashi have these antibodies. Maybe I am wrong about this...others may know better. At any rate, I started 4.5 LDN in May, 09 and my dr has upped me from Armour T 60 to 90. I think I need to go higher but have to wait to finish rx and be tested again.Barbara Lochner
Guest guest
I believe this is correct. I had my antibodies tested before starting LDN and I don't have them. I have noticed nothing in four months to indicate any thyroid change. My understanding is that Hashis is an auto-immune disease, therefore LDN can improve it, and you have to keep track and make dosage changes when necessary.
