Guest guest
I take LDN between 10 pm and 2 am, year around. It does not need to be taken on an empty stomach like many amino acids do. In fact for some, taking LDN with a snack seems to be beneficial. mjh ================ Posted by: "rdp909" rdp909@... rdp909 Sat Mar 20, 2010 11:24 pm (PDT) Hi all,I'm looking for a reliable time that LDN should be taken, also taking into consideration daylight savings time. Collective informations seems to say between 9PM & 3AM. However were on daylight time so 9pm is really 8pm. Does this make 9pm too early? The other question, related to time taken, is if LDN must be taken on an empty stomach and your evenings don't occur like clockwork when can you take it to be sure that it's the correct or optimal time? I've read that 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating is 'right'. On the other hand I've been told that taking LDN whether you've eaten or not is okay.I'd appreciate some thought on this. Thanks,Rob
Guest guest
Most people seem to take it at bedtime, whenever that is. Some people that work nights still take it between 9 pm and 3 am while others take it in the morning. Try it at bedtime and if it keeps you awake, then try it in the am. And it doesn't make any difference if you take it with food or not. I have a pill that I take about an hour before bedtime that must be taken with food and it has never made any difference with my LDN at bedtime.
