are LDN & iron incompatible?

I just read a post which implied that iron & LDN are incompatible. Is this correct and, if so, could someone please provide a link to the documentation? I would very much appreciate it--I've just been diagnosed with hypothyroid and very low ferritin (storage iron). I must supplement with iron before I can successfully treat the thyroid problem. I'm now concerned that LDN may interfere with this treatment.
