Guest guest
Sorry to hear about your pain issues. I have a suggestion for you. Get the book, " Healing Back Pain, the Mind-Body Connection " by Dr. E. Sarno. The title of the book should not have included the word " Back " because it is about pain in any part of the body. I learned about this book from a TV program when I was dealing with a frozen shoulder and it was a tremendous help. I referred to it when I had knee surgery and was glad I did. Anyone who experiences pain on a regular basis develops a mind set where the body expects pain to continue. We have a lot of influence on this if we learn certain techniques. If you read it, you may be able to continue on LDN and be in much less pain and with less anxiety. Good luck. P. Fox
