Colostrum is amazing it has helped me a lot. Try it for sure. I can't take many supplements, I am sensitive to them all but Colostrum helped me a lot. Aloe Vera is one that I'm allergic to so I don't recommend that one at all.

Make sure you get a good brand I guess there are a lot of impure brands out there, ones that are contaminated with milk. It must be from only the first and maybe second milking. Also the cows should be organic, free ranging and grass fed.

I have several autoimmune issues. I seem to have slight Sjogrens symptoms though I don't test positive for it. I also have microscopic colitis and peripheral neuropathy.
