Not a problem, I use HCG to increase my testosterone level, ie secondary hypogonadism, HCG mimmics the message from hypothalamus/pitutitary gland

to my gonads, and causes them to produce more T. More "T" more muscles, less fat.

A steriod affect. But do be careful, and don't overdue the HCG, I would keep the dose as low as possible, I stay in the normal level w/ 150 ug a day @ 200 pounds. Too much will encourage facial hair, deepen your voice and thinning of hair, baldness.

Using that dose and a low carb, Atkins, South Sea diet I can lose weight as I wish.

A more affective method of dieting is using ALA, 600 a day, slow release. Taken w/

a couple tablspoons of safflower oil in cottage cheese. Proven in clinical trials to work.

A better method again is to use wellbutrim, half a dose daily, 150mgs daily, slow release. Wellbutrim increases dopamine levels, which in turn increases testosterone levels, most folks fail w/ wellbutrim as they start out too fast, must start at a small dose and increase slowly over three/four weeks. Causes anxiety as your dopamine level increase T levels and soups up the libido, all three will have that affect. Also a more balanced T will

keep your bones in excellant shape. No problem with osteo, as "T" keeps the females bone healthy. Both HCG and Wellbutrim, an anti-depressant, will increase norepneprine/dopamine affect, both neurotransmitters.

If you are a fat rat, you might run all three together, but it is not a timed event of losing weight, it is a life time endeavor.

In my experience, hcg is the least affective, it works for some, but not for the majority. Wellbutrim and ALA/oil works for most. Both encourage energy, and

tend to make one feel full much quicker than normal. But most likely you will not see any results for two or three months, so they are not a quick fix.

My training is in Dietetics, specializing in weight control, albeit, I am retired and been out of the loop for six years.

Merry Christmas
