Guest guest
So Tammy, are you ok now? If not perhaps i could recommend the Ayurvedic drug to you? It can be consume even if you have no such an illness, all it does is that it regulate your urination and bladder function. I think doctors nowadays treat antibiotics like 'one thing cure all' stuff. I even have doctors that fail to diagnose my illness, recommending me a super antibiotic from US that cost a whopping RM8 (USD 2.1) a tablet. > IC stands for interstitial cystitis. Guest guest
Pang - Thank you for asking how I am. And offering advice on the Ayurvedic. I will have to check on that. Things have been going ok for me for about a week. I pray they stay good. I have an appointment with a holistic doctor on Monday. I have been on a drug called Elmiron since January. The doctor told me it takes 3 to 6 months to work. It is very expensive - over $200 US dollars a month. I also have been watching my diet to try to see which foods cause flare ups and drinking lots of water. I just finished reading a book by a nurse who feels it is caused by an acid overload in the body. You can visit her website http://www.holisticnurse.com/main.html . My thyroid tests in January were all in the normal range - I had RAI in Jan of 2001 and am on 12.5 of synthroid. Take care, Tammy Re: interstitial cystitis So Tammy, are you ok now?
