try a good ALPHA lipoic acid like metabolic maintenance plus b complex.it will help the liver.non toxic selenium and sylmarin can add.if you can afford a visit to dr berkson it will be the best.he uses ldn plus iv Alpha lipoic acid and suffers himself from lyme
