Guest guest
Robyn: let us know how you do at the Jemsek clinic...I checked out their web page and hope you find help there. I also come from NJ but live in Tx...too far from my beloved ocean. I wish I could afford to try hyperbaric as I think for me (with erlichia/borrellia) I might do well with it...I also use rife technology and it helps but some things in life create the stressors that push me back into relapse. Best of luck, Donna

Guest guest
Personally, their website horrified me. At least they're being honest about the amount of drugs they use, the huge amounts of orals and IV including iV clindamycin...remicade...plaquenil, flaygl, and lumbar punctures if your headache gets too bad. I think its nuts. And they say this approach allows IV to be " shorter " i.e. 16 to 24 weeks, i.e. 6 months of IV is considered short??? WIth this kind of framework it seems to me many people are going to be overdosed on drugs. Maybe a very few people really need that many drugs, but...the body is not a gasoline tank in which you can just dump drugs like fuel. These drugs have side effects, some very bad! And it is probably very expensive, as insurance probably does not cover it. And constant blood testing etc. I'm with the LLMDs who've come around to the idea that a herx itself can be damaging, and you sould back off herxes. They don't seem to be of this mindset at all--just do spinal taps and give remicade. Ugh. Good luck, PRincess Kiara. I have an anti-drug bias because my body is so sensitive but if I could tolerate abx I'd do orals wth hyperbaric for 4-6 months. That certainly pulled a few very ill people back into health at Great Barrington. I did 8 weeks and wish I could've done more but it exacerbated candida and I have to get rid of that now. If I can do that I'll go back and do more hyperbaric.
