LDN with thyroid meds and adrenal meds?

My CFS doctor has sent me some 50mg naltrexone and wants me to take 4.5mg daily

to see if it will help me. However I also have Hashimotos and quite severe

adrenal fatigue so that I have to take T3 meds and also Prednisolone plus a

little extra hydrocortisone.

Does anybody know if the LDN protocol would cause problems with my

thyroid/adrenal med.

Have others found that LDN really helps with the fatigue?
