Guest guest Posted January 27, 2010 Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 you take an empty brown glass with a good cover,you take 50 ml distilled water.you dissolve the pill in the water you keep it in the fridge.you shake it. around 22.00 you draw 4.5 ml of the liquid with a syringe without needle.put it in a bit mineral water and drink it.if you need less then you take less of the liquid. in the past it was recommended to shake before use.lately some say iy is better not to shake so you do not take in the filler. Guest guest Posted January 27, 2010 Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 Terri, take a 50mg tab and measure out 50ml of distilled water in a little wide mouth dark glass jar. Put the two together shake up good and store in refrig. I don't shake mine NOW when I take my dose. Let the sediment settle to the bottom and then eventually usually transfer the liquid to another little jar to get rid of the sediments. Pharmacies have droppers with 1ml measurements. I got mine from Costco pharm where I get my Naltrexone, it was free. But they are in drug stores for purchase too. Measure out what you want to take; i.e. .5mg, 1mg, 1.5mg, etc. Easy!!!!
