Iodoral/Lugol's

Looks like my post didn't show up on this so it may come up as a duplicate

later.

Iodoral is the tablet form of Lugol's. Lugol's has potassium iodine and

potassium iodide which are both needed by the body while most other forms of

iodine, including kelp, have only potassium iodide. The liquid is a lot cheaper

and I just put it in a capsule so it doesn't stain my teeth.
